Obviously, this can be a pretty daunting experience as this was my first home, and I wasn't able to monitor things going on with the build being out of state.. that's where Lidia came in. She is extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Colorado real estate market. She eased many of my concerns and was able to act as an extension of myself, going onsite several times a month to ensure the contractors were on time, and sending me progress pictures which made me feel like I was there in person myself. The buying process with Lidia was stress-free, very clear, and overall an enjoyable experience. I'll continue to refer all of my friends and family her way and I suggest you give her a call as well -- she won't disappoint!
Lidia recently was my realtor to sell my dad's house after he passed. This was a very difficult time for me and my family losing a parent and grandparent.
