Chantal is a fabulous listener and spent time figuring out what I specifically needed in a home. As a recent widow and senior citizen, I was moving to Colorado from the East coast for a better quality of life and affordability. My criteria were not met in any of the existing homes on the market, so she researched the neighborhoods and style of homes within my criteria, and contacted every home owner and let them become aware that if they were considering placing their house on the market, she had a buyer. Within 60 days we got a response and wet to contract.  Chantal worked closely with the seller to meet their needs with extra time they needed to find a home to move into. Thus no one was rushed and everyone was comfortable with buying and selling a home that was not officially on the market until Chantal’s inquiry came along. With the fast paced Real Estate market in Littleton, Chantal was able to find me exactly what I wanted within my price range and in a beautiful neighborhood.  Chantal’s motto “Love Where you Live” comes thru loud and clear!!

Chantal did an amazing job and was a pleasure to work with. Mine was a tricky situation. I was moving across the state and had to sell my house quickly, but I wasn't able to list until after I moved. Chantal let the cleaners in, showed them what needed to be done and went back to make sure they did a good job. She also did some staging to accentuate selling points. This was my first time selling so I didn't know what was going to be required. Chantal walked me through everything. She made suggestions and allowed me to make final decisions (i.e. listing price). My house was only on the market for two weeks when I got an offer that I ended up accepting. There wound up being a snag on the buyer's end but we weren't getting much help from their realtor. Chantal did a lot of digging to figure out what the hold up was. Because of Chantal's diligence and hard work, the closing was only delayed by a few days. If I had to do it again, I would absolutely ask Chantal to be my realtor again.

We have completed four real estate transactions with Chantal, and each time she exceeds our expectations! Chantal is knowledgeable, professional and patient and we always know that she will strive to ensure that we are getting the home that we want while protecting our financial interests.
