Kim and Lee were awesome. We had Lee come over even though our house was a mess. He gave us some tips and as soon as he left we were on it. The house was ready in about a week and a half. They came and took professional pictures which were awesome and then when we put our house on the market I thought it would be on the market for at least 30 days. It sold within 5 days. Lee and Kim kind of held our hands through the next parts of inspections and explaining all the numbers. I have to admit we were a little slow on the numbers part but Lee and Kim were very patient. Closing went easily. I highly recommend them. You won't be sorry.

Kim was fantastic! She answered and returned our phone calls and texts very quickly and was seemingly always available. We saw many houses and Kim quickly understood our wants and our dislikes. For the home we purchased, Kim was able to get us into a showing within hours of the house being on the market. Because of the demand, the house didn't last into the weekend so the immediacy of the showing was critical and necessary especially because I had to leave for business travel hours later that same day. Kim helped us formulate our offer based on her survey of other houses in the area and though we were not the highest money offer, she helped us capitalize on strengthening the other aspects of the offer - things my wife and I weren't familiar were options to changing. Ultimately the sellers chose us over the higher offers and I can assume that's purely because of Kim' abilities to put together a clean and strong offer. (But wait, there's more...) While under contract Kim also navigated the process while one of us had COVID-19, including communicating to the lender and the title company to ensure we could close on time and helping us set up a power of attorney who could sign for us. Now we have our dream house and couldn't be happier. My wife and I would definitely recommend that everyone work with Kim for their next buy/sell of a home.

Kim and Lee are some of the kindest, most caring, and hardest working people we have met. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable while buying a property from another state. Even with the craziness of this market, they took the time to make us feel like family. They were diligent in their research, quick to explain any and all processes involved, and helped us find the perfect home. I highly recommend them to anyone purchasing a home.
