Christine is the absolute best realtor I could have asked for and exceeded my wife and my expectations in more ways than one. Not only did Christine help us navigate the extremely difficult Denver real estate market, she provided unmatched expertise in the closing process, she was never pushy or less than 100% honest with us, and she was always extremely positive and happy to help us any way she could. She is incredibly responsive and would get our showings set up almost immediately upon hearing from us. It felt like she was on call 24/7 for us during our search and always made time for our questions. She is extremely knowledgeable about homes in general (water heaters, AC, heating, etc.) and is quick to share her knowledge and point out things during a showing that might warrant future attention. If that wasn't enough, she also has fantastic recommendations for handymen, inspectors, engineers, brokers, and anything else you can imagine once you eventually do find a home. I cannot recommend her enough!
