We would strongly recommend choosing Sam to list your home. Her expertise on pricing, preparation for showing, and top-end photos and marketing resulted in several showings in just the first few days our house was listed and we had an offer in a week. We have not had to worry about a thing during the entire process, as Sam has taken care of every detail. She has protected our interests on multiple occasions in areas proactive communication with our buyers, heading off potential issues before the became issues. Sam is one of the friendliest people you will ever meet, yet firm during those times of negotiation when our interests were at stake. Sam did a fantastic job selling our home and also helping us find a new one. This was the first time I had bought/sold homes where I truly felt like I was part of the process and understood everything that was going on. (My other homes were bought and sold before the internet was a big part of it.) One of the things I learned was besides showing us homes, Sam really knows her stuff, i.e. contracts, disclosures, etc. She also made sure we did everything we needed to do to sell our home as quick as possible. Last but not least, Sam is personable, fun, and really cares about her clients. I highly recommend her!
