Additionally, it had been rented out for a while so there were several things that needed sorting before it could be sold. Amy took care of all of it, from the big things like getting it refurbished, staged, and beautifully photographed, to the little things like sending us the old photos we had left in the attic. She was always reachable and optimistic, she is knowledgeable about the market and knows how to negotiate with the buyers. She made the whole process seamless for us.
