Kim was fantastic! She answered and returned our phone calls and texts very quickly and was seemingly always available. We saw many houses and Kim quickly understood our wants and our dislikes. For the home we purchased, Kim was able to get us into a showing within hours of the house being on the market. Because of the demand, the house didn't last into the weekend so the immediacy of the showing was critical and necessary especially because I had to leave for business travel hours later that same day. Kim helped us formulate our offer based on her survey of other houses in the area and though we were not the highest money offer, she helped us capitalize on strengthening the other aspects of the offer - things my wife and I weren't familiar were options to changing. Ultimately the sellers chose us over the higher offers and I can assume that's purely because of Kim' abilities to put together a clean and strong offer. (But wait, there's more...)
